We accept returns or exchanges of unworn items with all original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or made to order graphic items.
Any item received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

How do I return or exchange an item? To return or exchange an item please verify that your item meets the criteria discussed in the return policy. Then send an email to email@example.com with "Return Request" as the subject. We will get back to you in 2-3 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item has been received please allow 5 business days to process your return.
