Where are you located? We are located in Averill Park, New York.
Can I come shop your items in person? We currently do not have a location open to the public. In the future, we plan to host a few pop up shops. Follow our Facebook page here to keep up to date on any events.
How can I contact you? Please fill out our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
For order inquiries: Please send us an email with your name and order number to email@example.com. Please DO NOT message us on social media with questions regarding your order. These messages are easily missed or get flagged as spam. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response once you have sent an email.
Where do your items come from? We purchase items from many different sources. These include liquidation companies, individual people, retail stores, and more. Some are even handmade or upcycled by us. Each item is hand selected based on what we think our customers would enjoy.

Why should I shop secondhand? Each year in the United States alone, millions of clothing items are sent to landfills. We work to save these items from ending up in the trash. When you shop with us, you are helping us do this.
What types of graphics do you use for your t shirts? We use high quality sublimation and screen prints for our t shirts.
Do you make custom graphic items? Custom orders are currently closed.

How do I return or exchange an item? To return or exchange an item please refer to our return policy here. Any additional questions please contact us.
How do I track my order? A tracking number and link will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2 business days for tracking to show up. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us.
My expected delivery date has passed and I have not received my package, What should I do? Please contact your local Post Office and have your tracking number ready. They should be able to give you an accurate location of your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your address has been entered wrong please contact us immediately.
We do not guarantee any shipping times. Many aspects beyond our control affect these shipping times. We strive to ship ALL orders within 48 hours of order placement. Once the package has left our hands we do not have control over how fast it gets to your door.
